Remove common windows program with GP-Editor

  1. Click the Start button and select Run. Enter “gpedit.msc”.
  2. Go to User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Start Menu and Taskbar look for a setting named Remove default program link from the start menu and double-click on it.
  3. Select “Enabled” then click OK.
  4. Look for a setting named Remove common program groups from start menu and double-click on it.
  5. Select “Enabled” then click OK.
  6. Done, you may need to restart the computer to make it works.
