Click the Start button and select Run. Enter “gpedit.msc”.
Go to User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Start Menu and Taskbar look for a setting named Remove default program link from the start menu and double-click on it.
Select “Enabled” then click OK.
Look for a setting named Remove common program groups from start menu and double-click on it.
Select “Enabled” then click OK.
Done, you may need to restart the computer to make it works.
